Fresh veg and fruit needed - a message from Oxford Mutual Aid.

"One of our main suppliers weren't able to help us out this last week, which means we are very short on fresh fruit and veg. Without more supplies we will not have enough food for our parcels."

Get 'on yer bike' with the fire service - Tuesday 24 January at the Seacourt Park and Ride, and Wednesday 1 March at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

Free cycle training sessions courtesy of the county's fire and rescue service. The two hour sessions are designed to build confidence and improve safety awareness – and all you need is your own bike, a safety helmet and appropriate clothing.
