Market News

We are in the second week of Love Your Local Market fortnight and this week let's celebrate how incredibly lucky we are to have North Aston Dairy, one of the UK's longest-running microdairies, near our city and selling at our market week in, week out. Not just delicious milk in reusable glass bottles, but cream, yoghurt and now...ice cream! This year's new improved recipe's flavours are Fior di Latte, Vanilla, Rosewater & Cardamom, Gelato di Caffe, Salted Honey and Poppy Seed. Graham from the dairy went on an ice-cream making course so it should now be tip-top.
We have a job vacancy putting up our outside stalls before the market and then taking them down at the end. You would be working in a team with one other. The fee is £10 per shift (£20 for doing both putting up and taking down) and it takes up to one hour. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you are interested.

Finally, check out what a fantastic cafe menu we have from Ingrid's Bistro this week. If you've not eaten in our great quality cafe before this could well be the week to try!
